What is a ZIP file?

A ZIP (.zip) file allows us to deliver a full album in a single download. Once this file has been downloaded, the individual files in the album must be extracted.

How do I extract my music from a ZIP file?

• On a Mac: Steve Jobs made this easy. Find the ZIP file you downloaded by navigating to your browser's default downloads folder, double click the file, and you're done. Once you extract the files, you can delete the ZIP file.
• On Windows/PC: Right click the file and choose "Extract All...". This will extract your files in the same directory as the original ZIP file. Once you extract the files, you can delete the ZIP file. If you have WinZip installed, check out their support here.
